Sardaby's first album Five Cat`s Blues was recorded in October 1967 in Paris with 5 compositions created by the pianist. In 1970, he led a trio comprising Percy Heath and Connie Kay for his second album, Night Cap. A 1972 New York recording has him leading a line-up comprising Richard Davis, Billy Cobham and Ray Barretto (Sound Hills Records 1997).

Jacky Terrasson (born November 27, 1965; age 59) is a French jazz pianist and composer.
Terrasson went to the Berklee College of Music in Boston for two semesters, then performed in clubs as a jazz pianist in Chicago and New York City. In 1993 he won the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Piano Competition.
Lover Man is an album by The Jacky Terrasson Jazz Trio, recorded in 1993, NYC and released on the Japanese Venus Records.

GOTHERE! - HIROSHI MINAMI 4 🔎

Hiroshi Minami(南 博) was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1960. He graduated from Tokyo College of Music, with a Bachelor of Music in Percussion in 1986. Minami studied piano under Koji Taku, Christian Jacob, and Steve Kuhn. In 1988, he moved to the United States on a scholarship from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
"GOTHERE!" is the title of an album by the quartet led by Hiroshi Minami, known as "Minami Hiroshi 4" or "Hiroshi Minami Go There!". It was released on January 21, 2002. In addition to Hiroshi Minami (piano), the album features other talented musicians from the Japanese jazz scene: Masakuni Takeno (saxophone), Hiroaki Mizutani (bass), and Yoshiaki Fuwa (drums).

Dionisio Jesús Valdés Rodríguez, better known as Chucho (born October 9, 1941; age 84), is a Cuban pianist, bandleader, composer and arranger whose career spans over 50 years. An original member of the Orquesta Cubana de Música Moderna, in 1973 he founded the group Irakere, one of Cuba's best-known Latin jazz bands.
Briyumba Palo Congo is an album released in 1999 by Chucho Valdés. This album is known as one of the masterpieces of Afro-Cuban jazz. The title "Briyumba Palo Congo" is themed around "Palo," an African-Congo tradition religion, resulting in a powerful work with a strong Afro-Cuban influence.

Sir George Albert Shearing OBE (13 August 1919 – 14 February 2011; aged 91) was a British jazz pianist who for many years led a popular jazz group that recorded for Discovery Records, MGM Records and Capitol Records.
The song "Lullaby of Birdland" is a renowned jazz standard composed by George Shearing in 1952, with lyrics later added by George David Weiss.
The 1957 MGM release was a musical recording, specifically a 7-inch vinyl EP (MGM-EP 607) in the UK. Shearing also had an album titled Lullaby of Birdland on MGM in 1957.
