IT'S ALL RIGHT! - WYNTON KELLY TRIO

Wynton Charles Kelly (December 2, 1931 - April 12, 1971; aged 39) was an American jazz pianist and composer. He is known for his lively, blues-based playing and as one of the finest accompanists in jazz. Kelly attracted the most attention as part of Miles Davis' band from 1959, including an appearance on the Kind of Blue, often mentioned as the best-selling jazz album ever.
It's All Right! is an album by Wynton Kelly released on the Verve label featuring performances by Kelly with Paul Chambers and Jimmy Cobb with Kenny Burrell and Candido Camero recorded in 1964.

SOME LIKE IT MODERN - THE THREE SOUNDS

The Three Sounds (also known as The 3 Sounds) were an American jazz piano trio that formed in 1956 and disbanded in 1973. The band formed in Benton Harbor, Michigan, United States, as the Four Sounds. The original line-up consisted of Gene Harris on piano, Andrew Simpkins on double bass and Bill Dowdy on drums, along with saxophonist Lonnie "The Sound" Walker, who dropped out the following year.
Some Like It Modern is an album by The Three Sounds which was recorded in New York in 1963 and released on the Mercury label.

EASY DOES IT - BOBBY TIMMONS TRIO

Robert Henry Timmons (December 19, 1935 - March 1, 1974; aged 38) was an American jazz pianist and composer. He was a sideman in Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers for two periods (July 1958 to September 1959; February 1960 to June 1961), between which he was part of Cannonball Adderley's band. Several of Timmons' compositions written when part of these bands - including "Moanin'", "Dat Dere", and "This Here" - enjoyed commercial success and brought him more attention.
Easy Does It is the third studio album by Bobby Timmons, recorded in 1961 and released on the Riverside label.

Oscar Emmanuel Peterson (August 15, 1925 - December 23, 2007; aged 82) was a Canadian jazz pianist, virtuoso and composer. He was called the "Maharaja of the keyboard" by Duke Ellington, simply "O.P." by his friends, and informally in the jazz community as "the King of inside swing". He released over 200 recordings, won seven Grammy Awards, as well as a lifetime achievement award from the Recording Academy, and received numerous other awards and honours. He is considered one of history's great jazz pianists, and played thousands of concerts worldwide in a career lasting more than 60 years.

Vincent Anthony Guaraldi (July 17, 1928 – February 6, 1976; aged 47) was an American jazz pianist noted for his innovative compositions and arrangements, and for composing music for animated television adaptations of the Peanuts comic strip. He is also known for his performances on piano as a member of Cal Tjader's 1950s ensembles and for his own solo career.
A Boy Named Charlie Brown is the sixth studio album by Vince Guaraldi, released in the U.S. by Fantasy Records in December 1964. It is the soundtrack to the unreleased television documentary film entitled A Boy Named Charlie Brown.

THIS IS PAT MORAN - PAT MORAN

Pat Moran (born 1934 in Oklahoma) is an American jazz pianist.
She began her career as a concert pianist but eventually moved on to jazz. She founded the Pat Moran Quartet, which later became the Pat Moran Trio, and played New York's Hickory House, the Birdland and the Blue Note concerts in Chicago.
In April 1957, Moran's quartet performed at Birdland, accompanied by a brass section, with arrangements by Nat Pierce. Moran later released two more albums for the Audio Fidelity label: Beverly Kelly Sings with the Pat Moran Trio and the Trio album This Is Pat Moran with Scott LaFaro on bass and Johnny Whited on drums.

Remembering Bud: Cleopatra's Dream is a jazz trio album recorded by Toshiko Akiyoshi in 1990 as a tribute to jazz pianist Bud Powell and released on the Nippon Crown record label in Japan and on the Evidence label in the USA.
