BLUE BOGEY - WILTON "BOGEY" GAYNAIR

Wilton "Bogey" Gaynair (11 January 1927 – 13 February 1995) was a Jamaican-born jazz musician, whose primary instrument was the tenor saxophone. "Blue Bogey", "Kingston Bypass" "Debra", and "Wilton Mood" are among his better known songs.
He recorded very seldom, only three times as a bandleader. Two of those recordings came during visits to England, 1959's Blue Bogey (1959) on Tempo Records and Africa Calling (1960).

Then and Now is a studio album by Grover Washington Jr. The record was released in 1988 through Columbia Records. This is one of Grover Washington Jr.'s occasional strays away from R&B-oriented jazz to play in a more straightahead setting.

Izipho Zam (My Gifts) is the third album led by Pharoah Sanders recorded in 1969 but not released on the Strata-East label until 1973. He was renowned for his onstage vitality, during which virtuoso improvisation was accompanied by comic banter, political ranting, and the ability to play several instruments simultaneously.
Here Comes the Whistleman is a live album by Rahsaan Roland Kirk recorded in March 1965 at Atlantic Studios in New York, and released in February 1967. It was his first release on the Atlantic label.
