The Alessi Brothers, also known as Alessi, are an American pop rock singer-songwriter duo who first came to international prominence with their 1977 hit single "Oh, Lori". The duo are identical twin brothers, Billy and Bobby Alessi (born July 12, 1953, West Hempstead, New York).
Long Time Friends is the Alessi Brothers' first album after moving from A&M Records to the "Qwest label," headed by Quincy Jones. Although it did not become a major commercial hit, its high musical quality has earned it a cult following today as a hidden AOR masterpiece.

His unusual singing voice was due to Kallmann syndrome. Dream is an album by Jimmy Scott released on the Sire/Warner Bros., 1994.
Jimmy Scott's rendition of "Mood Indigo" primarily refers to the title track of his jazz album released in 2000. The song itself is a cover of the jazz standard "Mood Indigo" originally composed by Duke Ellington. The album includes two versions of the song: one performed with the full combo and another intimate arrangement backed only by Joe Beck's alto guitar.
